​Flexible management contracts – Bespoke packages arranged to fit your needs, or a simple hourly rate can be charged if preferred.


Key holding service – Trustworthy service for your peace of mind. We will keep your property keys under lock and key.

Property checks – We carry out regular visits to check your property throughout and send a weekly/fortnightly/monthly report as agreed with you.

Cleaning and laundry services – We have a great team on board to ensure your villa and linen are spic and span both pre and post arrival.


Project management – Fancy a fresh new kitchen? Bathroom maybe? Take the stress out of having work done whilst you're here, let us manage it for you.

Furniture shopping – With the furniture shops as spread out they are in the Costa Blanca, let us do the initial legwork and narrow down your search. 


Personal shopping services – Be it your favourite wine or all the essentials. We will ensure you're villa is fully stocked prior to your arrival.
